You can either reserve your hotel room online or call the reservations center at 877-603-4389. If you prefer to phone in your reservation, you can call Caesars Reservation Center at 877-603-4389. The name of the group is listed as 30th Annual Psychopharmacology Update. The group can also be identified as NPA or Nevada Psychiatric Association by those calling in their reservation. In addition, callers may also use the group codes: Paris – SPAPU5 and Horseshoe – SBAPU5.

Reservations will be available at the group rate until January 31, 2025. After that time, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability.

PARKING

Complimentary self and valet parking at both properties for NPA attendees. Attendees can use their room keys to validate or validation sticker will be provided at the Registration Desks for complimentary self and valet parking.

HOUSING SCAM WARNING

​

The Nevada Psychiatric Association is pleased to invite you to the 30th Annual National Psychopharmacology Update™. However, we would like to warn you about some possible housing scams that may target conference participants.

​

Fraudulent companies or individuals may contact you by phone, email, or online and offer you hotel reservations at lower rates than the official conference hotels. These offers are often fake and may result in hidden fees, loss of deposits, or no reservations at all when you arrive.

​

To avoid these scams, please follow these tips:

​

• Do not respond to any unsolicited calls or emails from anyone claiming to be a housing provider for the conference.

• Do not give out your personal or financial information to anyone you do not know or trust.

• Do not wire money or pay with a prepaid card for hotel reservations. These payment methods are not secure and are difficult to recover if you are scammed.

• Only book your hotel through the official conference website or directly with the Paris or Bally's hotels. These are the only authorized housing providers for the conference and they will not contact you unless you have initiated the booking process.

Please be aware of, and report, any unauthorized solicitation to Katie Regal at registration@nvpsychiatry.org. The Nevada Psychiatric Association does not approve the solicitation of hotel reservations from any housing provider for the NPA Psychopharmacology Update™. You should not receive any housing communications other than reminder emails from the Nevada Psychiatric Association and confirmation emails from the Paris or Horseshoe hotels. Please note that rooms booked through any other source than the host block are done so at your own risk.
